Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Service Hopper (“Service”), a software platform provided by Optimal Pools, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

1. Service Overview

Service Hopper is a software platform designed to manage recurring service operations, including routes, work orders, customer records, service reports, communications, billing, administrative tools, and related business workflows.

The Service may be made available through one or more websites, applications, portals, or dashboards operated by us, including but not limited to:

- svchopper.com

- billing.svchopper.com

- dashboard.svchopper.com

Certain features, views, and tools may only be available to specific user roles, subscription tiers, or authorized business users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business or organization to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

If you create, manage, or invite additional users under your business account, you are responsible for assigning appropriate access levels and for the activity of those users under your account or organization.

Access to certain areas of the Service, including administrative or office dashboard features, may be limited to users with designated roles such as admin or manager.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- misuse the Service or interfere with normal operation

- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, roles, or data

- circumvent account permissions, role restrictions, or access controls

- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent prohibited by law

- upload malicious code or harmful content

- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all business and customer data you enter into Service Hopper.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect, store, access, and use that data, including obtaining any required notices or consents from your customers, employees, contractors, or other end users.

6. Data Storage, Backups, and Retention

Service Hopper stores and processes data on your behalf to provide the Service. While reasonable efforts are made to protect data, the Service is not a backup or archival system.

You are solely responsible for maintaining any backups of your data.

The Service uses automated data retention policies, and by using the Service you agree to the following:

- Service Route Photos may be automatically deleted after approximately 90 days

- Work Order Photos may be retained for up to 36 months, after which they may be deleted

- Location Photos may be retained indefinitely unless deleted by you

These retention periods may change at any time to improve performance, manage storage costs, or enhance the Service.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from these automated processes.

7. Third-Party Services

Service Hopper relies on third-party providers to operate the platform. These may include, but are not limited to:

- cloud hosting and database services (for example, Google Cloud / Firebase)

- payment processing (for example, Stripe)

- email delivery (for example, SendGrid)

- accounting integrations (for example, QuickBooks Online)

- security or verification services

Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Billing and Subscription

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment management may be handled through the Service Hopper billing system, including billing.svchopper.com.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited, restricted, or suspended access to some or all parts of the Service.

9. Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, or the access of any user under your account, if:

- you violate these Terms

- your account is used improperly

- required by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimal Pools, LLC shall not be liable for:

- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

- loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities

- service interruptions, security incidents, or system failures

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
